TVB's new series "The Threshold of A Persona" starring Roger Kwok, Yoyo Mung and Patrick Tang were in their Immigration Department (ID) uniforms and used their most powerful poses to accept the "Rosy Business" time slot. Roger laughed: "There is some momentum this time, I believe that I will beat Wayne Lai, fighting for the highest rating." Asked if replacing "Rosy Business' time slot, is there any pressure? Roger said: "Their ratings are really strong, a real good 'dog' (Chai Gau[dog]) . We are the elite forces, we also hope to fight for the highest rating." Yoyo has confidence for this series: "Originally the series was suppose to be only 20 episodes, but then they changed it to 27 because the story is just too good."
Toby Leung, Raymond Cho, Kenny Wong and Raymond Wong wore anti-riot equipment weighing 20 pounds. When Toby went on stage, she had to get help from others to walk up. She was sweating up a storm afterwards, then shouted that she felt dizzy: "I feel like I'm about to throw up, about to faint. I don't dare to move too much, I don't want to use too much strength. I respect being a female."

Gigi Leung, Myolie Wu, Kate Tsui and 500 singers appeared on "Jade Solid Gold" the other night as guests. Gigi looked as if she has put on a lot of weight. She disclosed that she has been busy promoting her record as well as eating a lot. She has to go on a diet to lose some weight as she will be filming a new series soon.
Gigi said she does look fat when she saw herself in the magazine. She hasn't appeared on "Jade Solid Gold" for a while and her fans have been complaining that they hardly see her in Hong Kong. Gigi told reporters "Maybe I don't produce many records nowadays. When I released the mandarin record earlier on, I saw all my fans and I missed them very much. Gigi was in Taiwan recently and the paparazzi had taken some pictures of her and a guy together browsing in a book shop. Gigi clarified that he was not her new boyfriend because they have known each other long time ago. Gigi launged "It is common to have dinner with friends. Three years ago, the paparazzi took his pictures and said he was my new boyfriend. I think they had forgoten about it that incidence because they reported he looks like my previous boyfriend. In fact, its the same person. I laughed after I read the magazine." Gigi was asked if they would be together, she replied "Not at all, don't worry about me, thanks for your concern."

Michael Tse is excited to get close to Laughing Sau, Christine Kuo and Fala Chen are the contenders
Michael Tse attended the wrap up feast for new TVB series "The Pride Of My Husband" yesterday evening. Michael Miu, Maggie Cheung and Derek Kwok all attended. Due to Michael Tse gaining fame for his role "Laughing Gor", Michael Miu requested him to share the costs in treating everyone a meal.
Michael Tse stated that as long as everyone is happy he doesn't mind. After 2 months of hard work the filming for "The Pride Of My Husband " has finally finished. Afterwards he will be totally focusing on shooting new Movie "Laughing Gor 之節".Netizens claimed that Laughing Gor and Wayne Lai (Chai Gao) will be battling for the TV King award this year. The reporter asked Michael if he felt Wayne Lai would steal the scenes in the new movie? He said "Actually I feel he can help the movie. It will be good for the audience as there is another talented actor." (The female lead "Laughing Sau" will be played by either Fala Chen or Christine Kuo?) "I only found out today. Both individuals are good in their own way. But I hope they decide who will play the role soon."
